Frequently Asked Questions
What do I need to tow the trailer?
A vehicle rated for the loaded trailer, a properly rated hitch, a working brake controller, and a 7-pin trailer plug. The dump trailer needs a 3/4-ton or larger truck; the enclosed trailer works with a properly equipped half-ton pickup or large SUV. We confirm your setup before every rental. No tow vehicle? Choose Park & Fill delivery.
No hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, tires, or loads over the trailer's rated capacity. If you're unsure about a load, ask us first.
How does the deposit work?
We place a refundable security hold on your card. It's released once the trailer comes back on time, empty, broom-clean, and undamaged, as shown in your return photos.
If you tow it yourself, you pay the landfill or transfer station fees and return the trailer empty. With dump trailer Park & Fill, dump fees for up to 2 tons are included in the $175 flat price, so we haul it away and you never visit the dump.
If you tow the trailer yourself, your tow vehicle must have active auto insurance. Details are in the rental agreement.
